• Zero frame pointer register in Reset cortex-m#617: Sounds reasonable, and likely easy to implement. But I don't know how much about how frame pointers work, anyone here who does?

Or, should we be using macro-generated code (ala derive-mmio, safe-mmio), ahead-of-time generated code (ala svd2rust, chiptool) or hand-rolled code (ala cortex-m) to describe standard peripherals for Arm and RISC-V?
