Bug: Codex - Past Conversation Threads Don't Render

With codex past conversations don't show up.
You can see a list of untitled conversations in the custom menu

But they are all untitled and clicking any of them doesn't actual load the previous conversation.

1. We should be using chatkit's built in viewer for past conversations
2. Selecting past conversations should load the past conversation
