[kernelxp] Add more kernel functions to kernelxp.dll wrapper

Can you please add more following functions to kernelxp.dll wrapper:

SetDllDirectoryA (missing for some applications)
CheckRemoteDebuggerPresent (missing for some applications)
GetThreadId (possible)
GetNativeSystemInfo (for Windows XP build 2475 and earlier)

Note: I had to upload this video to MediaFire (because this video file won't work on GitHub). Also, this video is about getting the KERNELXP wrapper to work on 2474-2475 so far.
