Remove redundant paths when giving all paths

Obviously dependent on Issue #6

The idea here is to reduce redundant minor versions

For e.g. v9.3.12 -> 9.3.20
Possibly has a 6 step upgrade path like
v9.3.12 -> v9.3.13 -> v9.3.14 -> xxxxx -> v9.3.20

But it is most probably unnecessary and avoidable.
