Change of bin collection provider for Lancaster City Council

Issue Information

Lancaster City council previously used https://lcc-wrp.whitespacews.com/ to provide their bin collection information. It still appears to be functional, but I noticed today that it had the wrong date for my collection (showing the regular Tuesday instead of the Monday it's moved to due to Christmas). The council website has a link to a different provider, but all they seem to provide is a PDF calendar, which I can't imagine is very parseable.

I checked another address (1a Queen Street, LA1 1RS), and that does appear to agree with the PDF from the new Achieve Service link, but I'm not sure what the future of the whitespacews.com service will be, since the council is making other changes to bin collections.

The "old" website is still working so I don't think this is a duplicate of #1607.

Hey,
I switched to another integration for this so probably won't be updating the LCC provider here :(
I did fix it here for the one I use now: mampfes/hacs_waste_collection_schedule#4598
I guess the same changes could be easily reflected here too?
