Issue - Property cache no refreshing

I have noticed recently that properties aren't refreshed. It applies to every property.

Example.
I have a screw and fill in a document number property with 123. Save file. Open SK, go to property search. I can see these properties. Close everything. Open screw change 123 to 456, save. Open SK, search for files. Still see 123 instead of 456. Solution to this is to delete properties_cache.json from preferences folder.

I was thinking about refresh button to manually refresh the cache.

I think I found out what was going wrong with the properties not updating. I wasn't paying attention to upper/lower case on their names.

By the way, rather than a manual update, I check for newly-saved library files every time the search button is pressed. I have a pretty small library, so it doesn't take much time. If it's too slow for you, I can change it to manual update no problem.

I also put in a fix for the encoding issue you reported in the other thread.

I did a quick test on both and it worked for me. No promises; I think you use the program more than me. If you get a chance to try it, please let me know how it goes.

Fixed. The slow down isn't that big. I usually input very precise inquiry so im not scanning whole database.
