It would be really nice if open-pdf would run on a file opened using netrw.
For example, if my buffer contained:
Source document: http://www.law.du.edu/documents/denver-university-law-review/v86-2/Blair.pdf",
running gf on the link should use netrw to actually download the file, and then run pdftotext to make it readable.
