Per-cohort sum stats and v11 potential bug

Hello,

I have a few questions regarding the software

1. It seems remeta doesn't output per-cohort sum stats in the meta-analysis results. In Info column, there is Direction=+++; for per-cohort effect directions, but no sum stats is provided. Would it be possible to add this feature?
2. As I commented in Condition List File Format #5 it seems there is a bug in v11 and causes error for conditional analysis (can be replicated using the example data). v9 works fine

The cohorts corresponding to the Direction Info field are listed in the Cohort column. Alternatively, REMETA can output per-cohort burden tests by specifying the --write-cohort-burden-tests option to remeta gene.

I will look into the conditional analysis issue.
