Lighten the docker container for the server

The current docker container is based on ubuntu to be able bind pulseaudio to host card in order to play sound.

Since sound are now mostly played by the clients, it's no longer necessary to have such a big docker image.

Implementation of a docker client could be at the responsibility of the client.
