Update name to Context Retriever

Hi! Now that Context Retriever is launched, can we change the name in this demo from Context Surfaces > Context Retriever?

It is already updated to 'Context Retriever' in the UI labels. We can't change it in the code yet, as the core team's SDK and references still use the old name. Are there any other places where you see 'Context Surfaces' being used?"

If we have to explain that Context Retriever is the new name for Context Surfaces but the commands still use context surfaces, we can do that. Would that work?
