Individual Competencies Table

Background

RT+ provides the means to record competencies and needs various ways to report on and understand the data.

Objective

To display the current competency status of an individual team member.

Requirements

• Add a team member competencies page.
• On the team member competencies page, display a list of active skills (organised by skill-package, and skill-group) for the active-team
• For each skill indicate whether the team member is considered currently competent.
• If the team-member has been assessed for a given skill, display the assessor of the most recent skill-check.
• If the team-member is currently competent. Display the expiry date.
• If the team-member was previously recorded as competent but it has expired, display the date on which it expired.
• For each skill-package and skill-group display the percentage of contained skills for which the team-member is considered currently competent.
