SE Comment Link Helper doesn't work on existing comments

Existing comments are not parsed.

Existing comments, that have the title of the question only in the hover title, they sould be parsed and replaced by the text too

Yeah, my only concern with having done this before was running into situations where you'd be throttled by the API. This isn't really a concern when you have to be the one writing the comment, but it could be more of an issue for people who are just stumbling across a lot of comments with network links in them.

That said, I agree that it'd be a really nice feature, so let me see what I can do to get it to work reliably.
