Hi!

We've seen this a couple times ourselves but haven't been able to reproduce reliably. What does seem to fix things is launching Raycast, finding the Reclaim extension, and then doing ⌘ K, which should bring up a list of options which includes the ability to clear your Raycast / Reclaim cache.

Give that a try if this is new and let us know if that fixes things!
