Footer size is too small on mobile

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Go to ratisbona-coding website
2. Set browser to display website as iPhone SE or anything with a narrow viewport
3. Scroll down to footer, it will not fill the width of the page

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be the footer to be consistent across all widths.
