Problem converting to c# QueryExpression from FetchXml

When I try to convert my FetchXml to query expression, I got the error:

Can you give me some more background, like e.x. the FetchXML?
Otherwise it's very hard to solve the issue...

The problem is solved.
After your comment I realize that are some Alias that are without value. After we put some value on the alias, and trying to convert again to QueryExpression - C# code, it works.

The fetchXml was this one (power pages stuff):

Thanks - if that is the issue, it gives too ugly unknown error message. I open this issue to see if it can show users a better error message.
