A release to use it with the WII?

I want to access to the Cruis'n USA VC (PAL) for the WII remapping menu you showed in that page, where Cruis'n USA menu is visibile in german "Knopfbelegung". But I can't see how I should do, the release isn't so clear to me. Could you please help about?

Oh, you mean you want to get to this screen, on your Wii? This is done by pressing the home button on the wii remote controller, and this is just a help screen. It's not to remap buttons or anything like that.

Oh oh. You're right, it's really embarassing. I'm sorry, I thought you could re-map the buttons like in the WIIu edition where someone told that is possible remap the buttons, and I want to swap analog stick and D-pad 'cause the d-pad is better for me, but for this game is bad optimized unlike Cruis'n Exotica where is really perfect. Considering that the WII is the best Cruis'n USA emulator (works better by the original N64) my dream would be improve the controls.
