Follow up of #2237
It would be great to be able to generate release notes automatically taking in account PR labels.
Even just separating kind/bug issues into the Bugfixes category would be a start. Additional labels can be created to exploit this system if we have one.
Consider having an investigation on how this can be achieved, before starting this issue. Complexity is not clear at the moment and may require custom tooling.
