It appears that the operating system currently installed on your device is not RadxaOS. You need installing RadxaOS.

Thanks for the report. The root cause here is that the fastrpc packages come from the Radxa APT source included in the official RadxaOS images, but the current page does not state that prerequisite clearly enough. I am preparing a small docs fix to make the RadxaOS requirement explicit for this page.

Thanks for the report. I opened a small docs-only fix here: #1438

This update makes the RadxaOS / Radxa APT prerequisite explicit on the AIRbox Q900 fastrpc page, and links readers to the official image download and installation guide so they do not try the package install flow on an unsupported base system.
