Next Release:
    - add in a list of rubylibs to be packed into the top level task similarly
      to what exists for the extensions
    - expose the lib.db and app.db files to the commandline with reasonable
      defaults.  automatically add the 'lib.db' and 'app.db'.  If the app.db
      doesn't exist do nothing with it. 
    - Download via HTTP Proxy option.
    - make sure that the packages that get packed are the ones that are in the
      recipes
    - update to newest amalgalite


Future Ideas:
    - add in dependency between default and :ruby tasks
    - switch to Tap for build system
    - incorporate items from rake-compiler
    - cross compiler targets

Web app support:
    - db filesystem 
    - patch view loading for architectures to load from db
