Arduino: Publish lightweight library

Publish an Arduino library for ExecuTorch with examples.

• Arduino library published (installable via Library Manager or .zip)
• At least 1 example sketch included
• Library compiles with Arduino IDE and CLI
• README with setup and usage instructions

Hi @rascani and @psiddh . I am wondering what Arduino Board are you guys trying to support? Arduino Nano BLE33, Arduino Nicla Vision, Arduino H7 Portenta or ??

I have been trying to build an MV1 and MV2 solution for H7 Portenta for a while. I've gotten the usual add.pte to work on my Arduino H7 , but the MV1 model is giving me a NaN as it runs through the first convolution layer.

Is there a timeline for work to be done? and what example sketch type are you planning on doing? vision, audio, etc

Hi @landazur! I picked up an Arduino Uno Q. It is more of a SBC type board, but its also got an STM32U85 (Cortex-M33) which I planned on testing with. The goal for this task is really just to get ExecuTorch building as an Arduino library. It should be easy to get running on other targets after that.
