Add a way to associate a frame to each game #127

Feature Request
With Clémence's redesign of the webplatform, each VU now has a personnalized frame to make the application more pleasant and add more personnalization. However, since before this redesign each VU had the same generic frame, the feature to associate each VU to its frame does not currently exist.
