Missing dependencies when installing from pip

Right after installing wssh from pip and trying to run it I get an ImportError from missing the gevent amd websocket modules.

I installed the dependencies manually, and I get a 'missing method create_connection in websocket module'. It seems the version available on PyPI has changed API or something alike.

Hmm, well that sucks. I've not kept up with gevent, but I wish they kept
old versions online.

It's even weirder that that actually: the 'websocket' module on PyPI is not the correct one. It's obviously 'ws4py' as present in setup.py, but for some reason the version in thee PyPI repo does not seem to have any dependencies at all.

I added the following to setup.py in order to grab v0.2.4 of ws4py from github:

    dependency_links = [
      'https://github.com/Lawouach/WebSocket-for-Python/archive/v0.2.4.zip#egg=ws4py-0.2.4'
      ],
