Clean up Prismic API interactions (Wroom, User Service, Auth Service)

Audit and improve how the CLI interacts with:

- Wroom (legacy APIs)
- User Service (`user-service.<host>`)
- Auth Service (`auth.<host>`)

Standardize patterns, reduce duplication, improve error handling.
