publication themes

Hi,

plotly focuses mainly on interactive visualization. Could you add some themes or customized themes for publication purposes (such as themes of matplotlib, seaborn, plotnine) ?

@wangjiawen2013 I've addded the themes you've mentioned in PR #311 , based on the python versions https://plotly.com/python/templates/

Example plots based on same data as in the Python documentation are now available in examples/themes as well as in the mdBook if you build it locally. (will publish a new version of the book one I make a new release).

If you spot anything, feel free to open a PR with a fix. Also adding other themes shoud now be a bit more clearer based on the code added in #311, more themes are welcome
