v1.7.0 - Jun 29th, 2023

Features:

  • Updated SDK to version 1.10.0.
  • The PingOne MFA SDK has been updated to rotate encryption keys once a year. Key rotation events are written to the audit log.

v1.6.0 - April 1st, 2023

Features:

  • Updated SDK to version 1.9.0.
  • Bug fixes and performance improvement.

v1.5.1 - Jan 4th, 2023

Features:

  • Updated SDK to version 1.8.1.
  • Added support for importing PingOne MFA SDK using Swift Package Manager.
  • Added the ability to define time-sensitive notifications for iOS apps, taking advantage of the focus mode mechanism which was introduced in iOS 15.
  • Added support for a new push category APPROVE_AND_OPEN_APP: when the approve button is clicked, authentication is completed and the app is opened.

Features:

  • Updated SDK to version 1.7.1.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the scanning screen sometimes displayed a black band in the camera view (P14C-35769).

v1.4.0 - April 25th, 2022

Features:

  • Updated SDK to version 1.7.0.
  • Updated the SDK import name.
  • Added support for authentication using QR Code scanning or manual typing an authentication code.
  • Started supporting secured signing with Elliptic Curve algorithm, using the iOS secure enclave component (on devices using Apple A7 or later A-series processors).

Compatibility notes:

  • Supports Xcode 13 and above.
  • Increased minimum iOS supported version to iOS 12.
  • SDK will use Elliptic Curve signature for fresh users only, not for users who upgrade from 1.6.0.

Known issues:

  • The scanning screen (for pairing and QR authentication) sometimes displays a black band in the camera view. Usually restarting the application resolves the issue.

v1.3.0 - August 1st, 2021

Features:

  • Supports device integrity checks for rooted and jailbroken devices, using the latest SDK version 1.6.0.
