[Bug]: Can't update from 0.0.13 to 0.0.14 via T3Code

Steps to reproduce

This issue happens on Windows.

1. Start the desktop app with version 0.0.13

2. Update via update button in the UI.

3. Error message will appear.

No other instances of the T3Code are running

Expected behavior

You should be able to update via electron update module.

(I made the bug Major just because happens 100% of the times on Windows, there is a workaround of just downloading the app via GitHub releases.)

Actual behavior

It does not update.
