I have got an old phone with phyphox 1.1.6 and I cannot get update data using link

In https://phyphox.org/wiki/index.php/Remote-interface_communication there is no comment about phyphox version with get.

and with phyphox 1.2.0 there is no problem

The entire web server in the Android version was replaced in version 1.2.0 and I think you are seeing an old bug that was fixed in 1.1.12 where phyphox would not properly handle URL encoding. The old version wrongly expected an unencoded pipe | in the URL:
