Set neovim as default (while typing vim)

Desired behaviour: If you type vim neovim should start. the old vim should only start if you type \vim in bash.
Current behaviour: The default editor is vim (the old vim) that is also what starts when you type vim
Advantage of change: The philosophy behind neovim is healthier and we don’t need to change habits
