Toggle snacks LSP keymaps?

Some of my LSP keymaps are designed to try a snacks picker function first, then fallback to the builtin vim.lsp function if the snacks picker does not exist.

Sometimes I may want to use the default version??

Perhaps have a mechanism to switch between them.
