Review backup and restore scripts

Review our back and restore script and make sure they are still relevant to today's perfSONAR.

Includes the config files as well as the data.

We refer here to:

The last versions didn't backup any data when esmond was dropped.

The procedure would probably involve documenting or referencing to standard Opensearch procedures and updating the scripts.

The current backup script backs up the following:

• /etc/perfsonar
• /etc/owamp-server
• /etc/ntp.conf
• /etc/maddash - this should be removed as we no longer have Maddash
• pscheduler (with pscheduler backup command)

And the restore script restores:

• /etc/perfsonar
• /etc/owamp-server
• /etc/ntp.conf
• /etc/maddash - this should be removed as we no longer have Maddash
• pscheduler
• psconfig files from 4.0 - this is obsoleted and should be removed

Thoughts for new items:

• check if chrony is enabled and backup /etc/chrony.conf
• /etc/twamp-server
• Opensearch backup and restore via OS snapshots

I suggest we leave Opensearch backup for later. Need to consider if that makes sense to develop a script or point to Opensearch documentation as this is a task involving multiple actions related to Opensearch snapshots and may not be easily generalized.
