When I click the "譜面プロバティ" or "ショートカット設定" in the File menu, the Application crash(no-response).

hmm... I have no idea why the app is not responding because I've never faced such a situation.
To fix the problem, I have to know where the app stops at.
You can investigate this with Visual Studio's debugger by following steps:

1. Clone this repository and load the solution with Visual Studio.
2. Start debugging and reproduce the issue.
3. Click Break All to pause the app and take a screenshot of the 'Call Stack' pane.
