New italian layout

Hi,
I created a layout for the Italian language which provides the possibility of inserting accented letters or particular symbols using multi tap.
If it is of interest, I attach it to this issue.
In addition to the accented letters, I have included some symbols that in my opinion can be convenient to use. For example, double tap Z for minor, triple tap Z for major, and so on.
I hope the layout can be included in the project.

Maybe we need a community repo where one can simply open up an issue, an action handle the json syntax checking and verifies that it strictly follows the format and then autopublishes it to to the community repo.
