Issues with the theme in conjunction with prism.js

I'm having a weird problem when I'm using prism.js with your theme (i tried other themes and it's not an issue there).
There's a border around the code - it looks like this, when it's supposed to look like this.
I'm not good enough with any of the web technologies to debug this myself.
