Add route color details

Would love to see a style that shows the trail signed color as specified in "osmc:symbol" key. It is beautifully rendered on MapTiler's Outdoor map. The schema is listed here. https://docs.maptiler.com/schema/outdoor/

This is a cool idea! I don't know how to do the subway map style rendering in Plantiler/MapLibre though, I did some research and it seems hard to do out of the box.
