Truncate Insights Data

Hi -

Is there a way to put a cap on how much data Insights can use? Or is there a way to limit the number of days it can go back? The data keeps moving up and killing the app.

Events data have no retention limit and you should delete them manually.

i saw that post. i commented on that post. Is there an actual way to delete them outside of going directly to the database?

No, your can't do that through the UI. Currently, you can only delete them manually from the database.

Hi, delete directly from database can delete them. I think I will make a short documentation for this in the near future @thanh81
