How does a user reset their password if they have forgotten it?

Sorry to reply you late. You can try removing the user then reinvite him with a new intial password.

This doesn't seem to work as after removing and re-adding the user the "initial password" is already set and appears redacted - what can we do?

Hi @ivank In this case, you need to remove the users from the workspace, then re-invite them.
