Issue after migration from V7R5 to V7R6 in VS Code

Hello,
We migrated one of our partitions from V7R5 to V7R6. We use VS Code and Code for i to edit the sources.

Since the migration, we are encountering this error. Unable to modify a source and save it.

Has anyone already experienced this issue?

The RUNSQLSTM SRCSTMF('/tmp/vscodetemp-O_2wFALvTV') COMMIT(*NONE) NAMING(*SQL) simply runs an SQL insert statement to update the source file (insert (...) values (...), basically).

Since there is no notion of target edition in that command, I would suspect an exit point is at work here when RUNSQLSTM is executed.

Could you check that assumption on your end?

You can run RUNSQLSTM SRCSTMF('/tmp/vscodetemp-O_2wFALvTV') COMMIT(*NONE) NAMING(*SQL) (or another one produced if you try to save again), as the temporary streamfile used here is not cleared right away. You may have more logs if you run it in a 5250 session.

Yes 👍, you are right. The default value had not been changed during the migration. I updated it and now it works.
