Debug service, no active socket connection

Hi,

Currently when I try to run a debug as Batch I get:
EQAVS1008E No active socket connection to the Remote Debug Service is available for DAP request: configurationDone
EQAVS1008E No active socket connection to the Remote Debug Service is available for DAP request: setFunctionBreakpoints

We have IBM I debugger 3.0.3 running, in the debug 'menu' I can see a Debug server and Debug Service running. We don't see any issues in the firewall and I have all necessary authorities set up for the objects.

Setting up a service entry point just freezes and after a few minutes the entry point says it will be deleted but it has not, I still have an active service entry point that I can't remove even though I press Remove service entry point. Still active days after initial creation.
