Will the 'Dots update' button on Arch-Hyprland waybar work still?

I'm kinda a beginner on Linux and when i found this repo on the JaKooLit page I immediately used it to customize my distro. The fact that it's so user-friendly helps a lot and also the fact that it was categorically updated whenever a major hyprland / app update dropped made me worry less about the dots and everything. I was wondering if the very useful button on the waybar that checks if the dotfiles were updated will work still, even after this change of management. I'm asking this because I think that the button simply checks the github repo of JaKooLit but I don't know if this repo is or will be somehow linked to it.

Right now it just checks that part needs to be re-done and improved. It's not automatically linked to the new location

In the more recent versions of the dotfiles that update should work fine. I double checked it. Just make sure that rsync in installed before you try to update Also for just updating the dotfiles you can clone or update them from the previously downloaded install and run git stash && git pull in the Hyprland-Dots directory and re-run ./copy.sh Just faster
