Get author information / dataset info via dataverse API

• follow doi resolver, e.g.: https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/L4OAKN
• check if "persistentId" in url: https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/L4OAKN
• retrieve json from API: https://dataverse.harvard.edu/api/datasets/export?exporter=dataverse_json&persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/L4OAKN
• Get author orcid: metadataBlocks > citation > fields > 1 ("author") > value > 0..123 > authorIdentifier > value
• Retrieve openalex Id, e.g. https://api.openalex.org/authors/orcid:0000-0001-9357-9506
