If a person votes on a referenda on the medium spender track and the vote has expired they need to
- remove the vote using class (track) and index (referendum #)
- unlock using class (track) and target (their address)
Subsquare does both and this is fine. However in the case where someone may have removed the votes using Polkadot.JS Subsquare doesn't help remove the locks in second part. Subsquare identifies that there are no votes to be removed and just doesn't display.
