[New Feature Request] ROSA HCP for KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) region

What are you trying to do?
Enable ROSA HCP (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS - Hosted Control Planes) in the KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) region to support enterprise customer managed cloud service deployments.

Describe the solution you'd like
ROSA HCP should be available in the KSA region by the 3Q26 regional launch date, with full feature parity to existing ROSA HCP deployments in other regions. The solution should meet all regional compliance requirements and be documented in the regional availability matrix.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Deploying ROSA Classic instead of ROSA HCP (less optimal for managed service requirements)
• Using ROSA HCP in adjacent regions with higher latency
• Waiting for post-launch availability (does not meet customer timeline requirements)

Additional context

• KSA region launch planned for 3Q26 per region FAQ
• ROSA currently not planned for day 0 launch
• Roadmap item has been filed for tracking
• Business requirement validation needed to prioritize for regional launch
