This is the initial release of our theme module for Semantic-UI It includes a basic theme editor, YML compiler, and JS Loader. The main scope of this release is to get the super simple basic of how this workflow and pipeline operate. It provides users with basic theme adjustments with a static YAML template file. Future release will include extending the YAML parsing for new custom components, dynamic theme modification, and exporting CSS to YML. This release will be a one way compile; YML -> CSS
