Normative reference not in specification body

There is a reference, [OpenID.Registration], listed under Normative References that isn’t referred to in the body of the specification. Should this be removed or is there missing text in the body?

I think we can remove both OpenID.Registration and JWT references, then add reference to MODRNA.Discovery (which references both).

The reference to the MODRNA Discovery profile should be in section 4 (in the note) and section 6.
