Thanks for all documentation, I bought the x32 blackbox but now see I should have bought the ATmega328p version to be able to flash your .hex file.

Any idea how equivalent setting for esp model ?

Sorry but the repo is quite large, are you referring to the notes about the lasersaur ?
We're using the GRBL project from https://github.com/gnea/grbl where they say their code runs on a 328p.
ESP32 is radically different.
Googling let me find https://github.com/bdring/Grbl_Esp32 which is a port to ESP32, you may have a look but I've no idea of the quality and status of that project, you're on your own, good luck!
