PKI_X509_ALGOR_VALUE_new_digest undeclared

The ocspd in master now fails to build because PKI_X509_ALGOR_VALUE_new_digest was removed (commented out) with commit .

Yes I have the same problem.
I tried to uncomment it, but ocspd segfaults (builds though).
Not sure if there is an obvious way to fix this.

Has anyone found a solution to this?
The problem appears to still be there now 18 months after the original!
