Ternary UNet submission (PR #640) folder is in track_10min_16mb instead of track_non_record_16mb

PR #640 placed the 73.7M Ternary UNet folder under records/track_10min_16mb/,
but the README accepted it as a Notable Non-Record Run (not in the main leaderboard).
Non-record submissions should live in records/track_non_record_16mb/.

I believe you are mistaking the #641 with 640. 641 is under the Notable Run as it uses more than 10min of compute, following every other rule. While 640 is under 10 minutes as per the main leaderboard settings. Since Will has specifically checked the PR640 (641 too), and added it to the main leaderboard, this is a non-issue.
