Feat: BitLocker support

We need to store the following information for a Logical Disk:

• Drive type property, so we can identify which belongs to removable disks as BitLocker has different actions for fixed disks and for removable disks (BitLocker To Go)
• BitLocker Recovery Key
• BitLocker Volume Key Protector ID (for removable drives that are encrypted with a passphrase)
• BitLocker To Go Passphrase (the passhprase that is used to encrypt a removable drive)
