External link to "Documentation Landing Page" with all doc sites listed

Similar to the Purchase/Download external link, can we have an additional one linking to the Docs landing page on our site: https://open-ephys.org/doc-overview. I don't know how to do this.

Here is my proposal with minimal changes to the current layout, but making the OE logo on the left a link to the "All Docs" section of the website (https://open-ephys.org/doc-overview), keeping the Miniscopes word the miniscope-docs home page button, keeping a Store (or "Buy" or "Purchase") external link in the navbar (https://open-ephys.org/store) and adding an Open Ephys icon on the right that goes to our website landing page (https://open-ephys.org/).

I'm working on the miniscopes docs atm but if you like this approach I can do it across sites within the Update Documentation project.

Things to decide:

• adoption of each of the above
• wording: Store or Buy or Purchase
• which open in an different tab - only the icons on the right do, because of the way the template works, the external links open in the same tab (although here is a fix), and I've made the "All Docs" logo button do that too.

• I think there are too many icon links on the right
• I would prefer not to have the linked in logo on our websites (so this kinda solves the first issue). The OE logo should go all the way to the right and replace the current linked in IMO
• "Store" -> "Purchase". I think that it should probably link to the system page that corresponds to the docs site, though. in this case , probably https://open-ephys.org/miniscopes
• I think the "Purchase" link should open in a second tab if possible.

I added the extension that opens external links in new tabs but that didn't change the behavior of the external links in the top bar so I added a html snippet to get the Purchas link to open in a new tab.

We might as well keep the sphinx-new-tab-link extension though, because it is annoying to navigate out of the docs by inadvertently clicking on an external link. We can choose to leave the external link icon out of the in-line text. I do find the icon helpful to distinguish between external links and docs sections.

As per meeting today:

• two additional word links in center navbar: More Docs and Purchase. Try for a separation vertical bar.
• revert change circle logo on the left so the word and the logo are the same
• no to open ephys icon on the right, just remove it.
• Yes to external links linked in the text with icon, opening in new tab
