Style consistency across docs

We should try to make style of all docs fulfill two requirements

1. Uniform style: probably tracking the https://open-ephys.github.io/gui-docs/ style
2. Ease of maintenance: probably get rid of !important tags and build against the latest version of sphinx and pydata theme rather than pinning versions in Pipfile.
